Returns, Exchanges, Damaged items & Refunds

RETURNS:

Sometimes things down turn out the way you expected them, and that's okay. You may return the item for store credit as long as the items are not damaged. Please return after 15 days of receiving your items. Email us with the following: 

  • Your name 
  • Your order number 
  • Picture of the item
    • Front
    • Back 
  • Video of actual item being turned around
  • The weight of the return package

Leche Boutique is not be responsible for any return costs. However we can assist you in returning your package by creating the shipping label that you purchase. As long as you provide the total shipping weight of the return package, we can calculate the price of the shipping label and you may purchase them through us with PayPal. 

 

EXCHANGES OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you have purchased an item that does not fit or is damaged, we are more than happy to get you the right one. All you need to do is cover the return and shoot us an email at lecheboutique@gmail.com. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your items. 

You will need to include the following in your email:

  • Your name 
  • Your order number 
  • The size you ordered
  • The size you wish to receive
  • Picture of item
    • Front
    • Back
  • Video of actual item being turned around
  • The total weight of the return item

REFUNDS: 

All sales are final. Only store credit will be allowed. 

Leche Boutique will NOT be issuing refunds for orders that have already been shipped (orders that have tracking numbers). These orders have already been shipped and are in the hands of the carriers. We do not assume responsibility if the item is lost or stolen. If this is the case, please contact those carriers directly as we do not have any control in this matter.
