Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We have partnered up with several warehouses, most of them domestic and some overseas. If you order more than one item, expect to receive them at separate times due to chance that they may come from different warehouses.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Some items are shipped from different places. If you have items in your order that come from our overseas partner warehouses, there might be staggered shipping times. Shipping takes 7-20 days, usually arrives earlier. Feel free to email us about any concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org (COVID-19 has impacted our shipping times. Q: I only received one item from my order, where's the rest?
A: Since we use different warehouse facilities, there's a chance that items in your order will come from another warehouse. This means, your order may come in different packages. Each will have its own tracking. Don't worry, you'll receive all your stuff! If you have any concerns, please email email@example.com with your name and order number!
Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A: It usually takes about 5-8 days. If you haven't been sent a tracking number please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes of course! Please contact us within a 24 hour period (We check our emails by the end of the day). As long as the item hasn't already shipped out, we can cancel.
